    No, we recommend securing a location before purchasing. We primarily serve first-time buyers who become Operators responsible for placing and servicing machines in various locations.

  • Do the machines accept card payments?

    We offer a range of payment devices for your chosen machine.

  • Are the machines issue-free?

    Yes, we guarantee fully functional machines upon delivery. Feel free to test machines at our warehouse for added assurance and adjustments.

  • What if a machine malfunctions post-delivery?

    Our maintenance team operates 7 days a week for assistance. Please note that certain damages caused by uncontrollable factors (vandalism, shaking, water damage) aren't covered. Warranty durations vary by brand and model.

  • Can I customize the machine's appearance?

    Yes, we're here to help with vinyl wrapping, shelf adjustments, painting, and colored LED lights.

  • Is delivery included?

    Local delivery to our warehouse is included. Beyond our "local" zones, a delivery fee applies.

  • Is same-day delivery an option?

    Depending on the distance, same-day delivery is possible with an associated expediting fee.

  • What's your refund/return policy?

    Machines can be returned within the warranty period, subject to a restocking fee based on distance.
